She has been working as a women specialist in rural India. Earlier she is a certified mental health counsellor with an affiliation of International Psychoanalytical Association, London. Earlier she has worked with women led rural clusters. She is also heading the community led cultural tourism in KSCH. Since 2017, she has been working in Sundarban areas to support local SHGs. In the same context, she has been working to promote and protect the local culture. She has worked in social base-line study, social impact assessment related projects.
Gunjan Karmakar is a Computer Science Postgraduate as well as Freelance Professional Photographer. He has completed his Postgraduation in Computer Science Engineering from RCCIIT. After completion he has worked as a Teaching Assistant in RCCIIT for two years. Later on, he has worked as a Software Developer in different IT companies for more than three years. From last five years, he is working in KSCH as a Treasurer and also managing all operations of KSCH. Now he is managing outstation projects as well.
He has more than 20 years of corporate experience in various multinational companies in Kolkata. His prime expertise is to provide marketing consulting. He is responsible for the product marketing for our self help groups which includes providing financial management training to the underprivileged beneficiaries and managing the entire online trade for our beneficiaries. Saswata is also looking after the responsible tourism including home stay making and mobilization of community led development.

Sundip is committed to climate change action, poverty alleviation and sustainable development efforts and is keen on building international solidarity and cooperation on these issues.Atanu Basu is a professional turned social entrepreneur who left his job and joined Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage. He is also one of the founder members of KSCH. To restore the bio diversity of Sundarbans he started the project The Community Forest to develop The Mangrove Community Forest Movement. Now he is running a team of 3,560 women to implement the project with his own community people. Atanu specializes in capacity building projects, survey and studies in diverse sectors.
He is the fine arts graduate from internationally acclaimed Academy of Fine Arts. He has already participated more than hundreds of international exhibition. His art form is highly appreciated by the Royal Govt. of Bhutan. Now his responsibility is to provide the skill up-gradation training to the rural artisans. Chitropot 2020 had been managed and curate by him only. He is also initiating with international artistic collaboration. All creative and Information Education Communication tools are being developed by him.
He is presently attending Middlebury College as an Economics major, where he holds the college scholar distinction. He works to create an impact outside the classroom. As a member of Middlebury Consulting Group, he provides strategic consulting where he is responsible for bringing a new product to the US Market. In addition, He is the Chief Liaison for the Finance Committee of the Student Government Association, in which he manages the $1.8 million yearly budget allocated for all student life and activities in US.
Mr. Sourav Mukherhjee is a professional turned social entrepreneur, He studied Information Technology, later on, he worked as a Software Engineer in a US based mutinational company for more than 7 years and left the job to launch Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage to promote sustainable development. He is also the board member of PRCI, Kolkata chapter. He has empowered more than sixty thousand women and also, he has established more than 400 farmers clubs in Eastern India. He is also working as professional CSR consultant.

Recognition
Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage received the Chanakya Award for NGO of the year 2020 by PRCI (Public Relations Council of India). The Foundation was conferred this honour at the PRCI Annual Awards Ceremony 2020, which was distributed during the PRCI 14th Global Communication Conclave 2020. This year’s theme for the conclave was ‘PR Beyond 20:20’.
